Welcome to Functional Health Academy. By purchasing, enrolling in, or accessing any of our online courses, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Refund Policy

We want you to feel confident in your decision to join Functional Health Academy. That’s why we offer a 30-day refund window on all online courses.

To be eligible for a refund:

You must request the refund within 30 days of purchase.
Refunds apply only to the course fee paid (any bonuses or downloadable resources are not refundable).
We may require confirmation that you have not completed or substantially downloaded the majority of the course materials.

Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within a reasonable timeframe. After 30 days, all sales are considered final. We reserve the right to deny a refund request if, in our commercially reasonable discretion, we determine that the request constitutes abuse of our refund policy, such as repeated refund requests, evidence of content downloading followed by immediate refund demands, or other patterns indicating non-good-faith use.

2. Intellectual Property

All course materials, including videos, handouts, guides, and downloadable content, are the intellectual property of Functional Health Academy. You may use these materials for your personal learning only.
You agree not to:

Copy, reproduce, or distribute course content.
Sell, resell, or commercially exploit any part of the courses.
Record or share course videos, slides, or downloads with others.

Violation of this policy may result in removal from the course without refund and potential legal action.

3. Access to Courses

When you purchase a course, you receive access for the lifetime of the course. “Lifetime” means for as long as the course remains offered and available through Functional Health Academy. If a course is retired, you will be given at least 30 days’ notice before access is removed.

4. Health Disclaimer

Our courses are for educational purposes only. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

The information provided does not replace individualized medical advice.
Always consult with your licensed healthcare provider before making changes to your health regimen.
Enrollment in our courses does not create a patient-provider relationship with Functional Health Academy or its instructors.

5. Payment Terms

By purchasing a course, you agree to provide accurate payment information. You authorize Functional Health Academy (through Kajabi’s secure payment processor) to charge your payment method.

If your payment fails, your course access may be suspended until payment is resolved.
Chargebacks or disputes made without contacting us first may result in removal from the course.
If we offer installment plans in the future, you agree to complete all scheduled payments unless a refund is requested within the 30-day window.

6. Community Conduct (if applicable)

Some courses may include access to community forums, live sessions, or group discussions. To ensure a respectful and supportive learning environment, you agree to:

Treat all members with kindness and respect.
Avoid sharing false or misleading information.
Not post spam, promotions, or offensive content.

We reserve the right to remove participants from community spaces at our discretion if these guidelines are not followed.

7. Limitation of Liability

Functional Health Academy, its instructors, and affiliates are not liable for any damages, injuries, or outcomes that may occur from applying information in our courses. You assume full responsibility for your health decisions and results.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Florida. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Florida, USA.

9. Updates to Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. The most current version will always be available on our website. By continuing to access or use our courses after changes are posted, you agree to the updated terms.
